Take a photo of the package and the product, then contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will quickly find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or a personalized option?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.
However, our jewelry comes in a neat and elegant box, perfect for gifting.
9. Can I change the size of a piece of jewelry after purchase?
It depends on the model. Contact us with your order reference, and we will inform you of the possible exchange options, subject to availability.
